Stevens High School to the 5th annual BOLD (Business Oriented Leadership Development) Conference! It will be held virtually from Saturday, November 13th to Sunday, November 14th, 2021. BOLD, which stands for Business Oriented Leadership Development, is a business conference for high school student girls presented by Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business.
BOLD is part of Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business (HUWIB), which is the largest undergraduate business organization on Harvard’s campus, reaching over 750 members. Our mission as an organization is to empower a group of diverse young women and future leaders by uniting them through business education and experience.
Since 2017, our conferences have been a profound experience for both our organization and the high school girls who have attended. Though we wish the conference could be held in person, the BOLD team is working hard to provide the best virtual experience for everyone! This year's conference will be a full weekend of empowering events that seeks to introduce high school women to the business world and guide them in developing essential skills for charting their path forward into the field. Attendees will experience a diverse range of presentations and workshops that will allow them to develop business, organizational and communication skills that will be useful for future endeavors. Other programming events include virtual campus tours, workshops and various industry panels.
